The development will consist of modifications to previously granted permissions (Planning Ref: TA/160189 and TA/191668, consisting of a housing development, comprising 16no semi-detached dwellings and ancillary works including estate road, services, landscaped open space and planting). The modifications include: alterations to the proposed dwelling mix to change 2 no. two storey semi- detached houses (type A2, 3 bedroom houses of 115sqm each as granted under TA/191668) to 2 no. 4 bedroom two storey semi- detached houses of 146m2 each with associated alterations to the external elevations and finishes, landscaping, drainage and other minor modifications to the site layout needed to accommodate the change. No other changes are proposed to the development as granted under TA/160189 and revised under TA/191668.
