Works description
The proposed development consists of an internal mezzanine within the curtilage of the existing facility housing plant and equipment sized 845 square meters, a single storey electrical building sized 66 square meters and 6.1 meters high, a single storey sprinkler pump house sized 91 square meters and 5 meters high with its associated water tank, both located to the rear of the existing facility. The works include 3 meter high security fence and gates to the rear of the facility.
