Works description
7-Day Notice - Alterations are to be carried out to certain rooms at ground and first floor level in the Nursing Home. Walls will be removed, or erected, doors will be blocked up, relocated or new doors formed. Building services will be altered to suit the changes. The works will be in compliance with any approved FSC & DAC which will be obtained for the works. All escape routes and access ways will be maintained.
