Construction of a data storage building (K2 DUB-5) at Ballycoolin Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 15. The data storage facility shall consist of data halls, technical spaces, water tank rooms and water treatment rooms. A weathered plant interstitial level is proposed above the data halls, this space shall contain air handling units serving the data storage servers below. The main building shall also be served by external electrical plant pods and generators to the south of the data centre building, associated site works. The K2 DUB-5 building is the second phase to be delivered under planning ref FW19A/0089. The first phase, K2 DUB-4, is the subject of a separate commencement notice application with Commencement Notice Reference No. CN0074132FL.
