Works description
Phase 2 of the housing development at St. Seachnails, Rathoath Road, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. Phase 2 will consist of 35 houses in total (please see attached Phasing drawing for more details). Construction of 19 no. 4 bedroom houses, 12 no. 3 bedroom houses and 4 no. 2 bedroom houses. This phase will include all roadways, footpaths, and landscaping, boundary treatment, car parking, lighting and all associated site works.
