Works description
The extension to and alteration of my existing single storey dwelling House. The new works to include a new single storey extension to the east and north of the main dwelling, a stand-alone pavilion to the east of and ancillary to the main dwelling, new rooflights, internal alterations and alterations to the existing elevations & fenestration of the main dwelling and all associated ancillary site works at Pebble Beach, Upper Curragh, Ardmore, Co. Waterford.
