Works description
Development of Residential Amenity Facilities only at the Ground and First Floor of Block B, Airton Road. A new residential development will be constructed on the site of the vacant Gallagher’s Cigarette Factory located at the junction of Airton Road and R819 (Greenhills Road) in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Three residential blocks will be constructed on site and the Fire Safety Strategy is prepared in relation to the fit-out of the previously approved [Previous Approved Reference No: FSC2302586SD] Communal Facility on the ground floor and first floor of Block B at Airton Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and shall not be applied to any other project.
