Works description

Development at the site known as Bloomfield House, Bloomfield Avenue, Donnybrook, Co. Dublin. The site contains the three-storey protected structures of Bloomfield House and its north and west wings known as Northfield and Westfield. The proposed development will consist of change of use from existing institutional/hospital use, gross area 2,185 square meters, to residential use, gross area 2,412.4 square metres, to comprise a total of 13 number residential units to be provided as follows: four number two bedroom apartments and two number three bedroom apartments in Westfield, six number two bedroom apartments in Northfield and one four bedroom house in Bloomfield House together with associated works to facilitate the new residential use.
