Works description
Irish Life Centre: Material alterations to 2 No. Retail Units (Unit 1 & Unit 2) at Irish Life Centre, Talbot Street, Dublin 1. The material alterations are to return both units to that off Shell & Core and remove / alter corridors within each unit that acted as escape routes, and decommission the sprinkler coverage to both units. (It is noted that the fit-out of the retail units and will be subject to it's own fit-out Fire Safety Certificate application and therefore subject to its own separate CN, BCAR Process and CCC).
