Works description

Material alteration of existing dwelling house and extension by 8 square metres. In summary: (a) Demolish a lean-to roof structure to an existing dwelling house and a derelict stone shed serving it (b) construct an extension to the south western elevation of existing dwelling house and make minor elevational changes (c) decommission and remove an existing cesspit serving the existing dwelling house and in its place install a wastewater treatment unit, discharging to a sand polishing filter (d) revise the driveway / access track arrangement within the site, also close up the existing vehicular access and create a new entrance to east of same and to also include all associated site works.
