Works description

Schuf Building 1 Works - Alterations to northern elevation including removal of 1 no. roller door, provision of new entrance door complete with glass canopy, new ground and first floor windows and replacement signage;(ii) alterations to eastern elevation including emergency exit, new ground and first floor windows: (iii) Internal layout modifications including reconfiguration and refurbishment of back office and staff facilities at ground floor levels to include office and meeting space, toilets, elevator for disabled access, changing and canteen areas; (iv)installation of access hatch, fall arrest system and replacement of existing rooflights at roof level; (v) modifications to external services yard and parking areas to include new entrance to staff car park from the northeast, closure of vehicular linkage between the service yard and staff car park, reconfiguration of visitor car parking to northeast; (vi) removal of existing septic tank and installation of new sewage treatment system, and all associated ancillary development works, including landscaping.
