Kilmallock Primary Care Centre: Commencement Notice in respect of construction project Works Completions. Commencement Notice not submitted in error, prior to commencement of the works on site. Works Description follows: Primary Care Centre over two floors, consisting of procedure rooms, clinics, treatment rooms, office & administration suites, an ambulance base, a general medical practice clinic, a single storey pharmacy, 75 car parking spaces, a 2-bay external ambulance parking area and all associated site works, at Kilmallock Business Park, Ardyoul, Kilmallock, Co.Limerick. This commencement notice relates only to works within the foregoing description, as comprised in the following description, and as contained in the enclosed Preliminary Inspection Plan (16-095 PIP 181214): - Building Envelope completions (including external windows, doors and curtain walling installations) - Internal Fit-out - Mechanical Installation - Electrical Installation - External Electrical Installation - External Works - Utilities and Services - Hard Surfacings - Landscaping - Testing Commissioning and Handover It is noteworthy here that the following building systems have been certified as complete by the Assigned Certifier for the Works, and are deemed to be in compliance with the Building Regulations as comprised in the following list, and as contained in the enclosed Inspection Notification Framework - As Implemented (16-095 INF (AS IMPLEMENTED)): - Substructure Works. - Structure and Frame. - The Principal element of the Building Envelope completion. - Cavity Fire Stopping.
