Construction of new roof suitable for habitable space with an increased roof pitch from that of the existing roof and ridge height raised by 600mm to accommodate habitable space within attic conversion. The new hipped roof will include 1 no. box dormer window to rear (south) roof facade, 2 no. roof lights to front (north) roof facade, 2 no. roof lights to the side (east) roof facade and 2 no. roof lights to the side (west) roof facade and internal modifications and all ancillary works.
