Internal Alterations to an existing Public House, Restaurant & Residential Building (assembly and recreation) consisting of the following: - 1. Renovation and internal alterations of the existing bar and bar/ restaurant area on ground floor level including for the provision of new sanitary facilities including a new disabled WC and internal access ramps. 2. Renovation of existing kitchen area and including the provision of a new grill and ancillary kitchen areas 3. Renovation and alterations to existing basement area to provide new ancillary rooms for use with above mentioned bar and restaurant. 4. Renovation and alterations of the existing residential unit to part of ground floor level and first & second floor levels including the provision of 5 no bedrooms and associated living areas and bathrooms. The works also include the removal of all habitable spaces at second floor level and changing the use to ancillary domestic storage.
