Works description
These works consist of specific site preparation and enabling works facilitating the future development of the site permitted by a Grant of Permission dated 15/08/2019 (Planning Register Reference No. 19/194). The relevant Enabling Works include demolition of ancillary and contaminated structures, diversion and/or disconnection of site services, creation of access routes, site/ sub-soil drainage works, provision of statutory utilities to the site, formation of large opening in external wall of Building C.
