Works description
Ground and first floor extension to the side of the existing house with 1 no. roof light. Single storey extension to rear of the existing house with 1 no. roof light. 1 new velux rooflight, 1 new first floor window and to lower the ground floor living room window by 550mm to the front of the existing house. Remove existing entrance door and replace new window to front of existing house with new entrance to the side of the house. Increase size of existing small window at first floor to rear of existing house and move it by 350mm
