Retention permission is sought for the existing extensions (21.4 & 2.2sqm) to the rear (northwest) of the building. Retention permission is also sought for the existing change of use (147.9sqm), from unused car showroom to shop. Retention permission is also sought for a cold room (12sqm) and freezer room (12sqm) to the rear of the existing building. Permission for part change of use of ground floor plan to incorporate an off-licence to the side of the existing shop. The gross floor space of the proposed works is 28.8sqm. Permission is also sought for an extension (98.8sqm) to the northeast elevation to consist of additional shop area. Permission is also sought for alterations to the existing elevations, which includes alterations to the existing southeast window to be altered to allow for a new main entrance door and to use the existing main entrance as a fire door and window on the southeast elevation and all associated site works
