Works description

Extension and re- modification of existing detached dwelling - consisting of the following principal elements: 1) removal of existing roof and replacement with raised mono pitched roof & dormer window extension at attic level to the front, first floor level extension with flat roof over the existing rear part of the house and extension with flat roof at first floor level over the side passage on the West Elevation comprised of 3 no. bedrooms and 2 no. bathrooms, including roof lights. 2) Construction of new single storey extension with pitched roof to side & front comprised of sitting room. 3) Relocation of existing front door from the East elevation to West elevation. 4) Reconfiguration of existing side, front and rear elevations to include new windows and associated works. 5) Increase in width of the existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m and alteration to existing front garden to create an additional car parking space. 6) Demolition of an existing single storey flat roof garage and demolition of side and rear extensions and all associated landscaping and ancillary works
