A cantilevered balcony to rear of dwelling. New vehicular entrance and off-street parking provided to existing house. Existing stone boundary wall retained and adapted with block wall above removed. Permission is also sought for construction of a new detached pitched roof two storey 3-bedroom dwelling on infill site at side garden of existing dwelling. Lower ground floor provided to rear for plant room / storage space. Cantilevered balconies to rear. New vehicular entrance, off street parking, new boundary wall treatment and all other ancillary site works included in this application.
