Works description

Permission is sought for: 1. change of use from light-industrial warehouse to retail warehousing use to a section of the premises which provides for (45 sq m) of warehousing use and (758.8sq m) of retail use. Permission is also sought for show room (758.8sq m) and office. 2. alterations to the front facade which include the removal of the existing first floor windows alterations to all ground floor windows, to reduce the height of the existing to loading bay roller door from a height 4.87m to 3.1m with two no. windows above at first floor level, 3. internal changes to the ground floor and increase ground floor area of first floor from 141sqm to 359.9sq m which will include a mezzanine floor, offices, canteen and toilets 4. new signage to the front elevation and all associated site works.
