Killarney Brewing Company - Change of use of existing office building to micro craft distillery, brewery and visitor centre for the production of alcohol. Construction of extension to existing building which will consist of offices, canteen, male, female and disabled toilets, changing room and shower facilities, new visitor centre comprised of recreation, kitchen, café/restaurant, waiting lounge, interactive room, craft gift shop, exhibition rooms, tasting bar with retail zone, space for multipurpose events, cask maturation storage, bottling, canning and kegging area, beer and whiskey garden on 3rd floor green roof with viewing deck. Ancillary support facilities to include dry bulk storage, distillery equipment, staff rooms, lift, stairs, services and all external works including delivery yard, car, bicycle and coach parking, lighting signage and landscaping.
