The existing room to be subdivided into two separate areas (A to the West and B to the East), with Room A to act as extension of existing adjacent clean room facilities. The works to include stripping the existing floor finishes, creating a new ope within the wall and installing a new door, installing new studwork partitions and liners, new flooring, skirting and wall bumpers, new suspended ceiling, and secondary steelwork facilitating ceiling installation. No change to existing building compartmentation, fire strategy nor building's primary structure is envisaged.
