Planning Permission is sought for a proposed dormer extension to the rear of an existing single storey dwelling and alterations to same. The proposed extension and alterations shall comprise of a proposed living dining area and family room to ground floor,conversion of existing garage to utility and study along with proposed stairs up to first floor and associated minor alterations to existing house layout. To first floor a playroom is proposed to existing attic space and a master bedroom, balcony and associated bathroom to the rear. Proposed works include minor alterations to existing elevations, revised roof and proposed upgrading works to existing septic tank/percolation area, proposed domestic garage and all associated site works
