Relocation of existing sub station from the basement to ground level. New double sub station and associated switch rooms to be located to the rear of the building on to Cope St. This requires the placing of new access gates in to the existing railings onto Cope St and minor adjustment to the existing ramp on the corner of Cope St and Fownes St. Upper.
Removal of existing car park ramps to basement -2 and -1 and replacement with 2 no. car lifts and 1 no. bicycle lift and relocation of the existing access gates on to Cope Street. Decommissioning of 100 no. car park spaces in basement and provision of a new fire escape door and new louvered opening on the east elevation at Central Plaza, Dame Street, Dublin 2. No Fire Safety Cert is required. All other works described in planning grant 2978/17 will be commenced under commencement notice in a future 7 Day Notice.
