The proposed works are on the 4th floor within the blizzard tenancy, Works consist of the provision of shower facilities, storeroom and alterations to the open plan office areas, to include associated mechanical and electrical works. Please note the proposed works are material alterations only and there is no additional square footage being added to these offices. We have been asked to fill in the commencement notice as follows Dear Conor, Please find attached interim arrangements for completion of commencement notices for material alteration. An upgrade is programmed within the next 3 weeks to include the material alteration; in the interim if you note the “material alteration” in the description of the project, this is the record that is displayed on the public register and id you note as a “change of use” this will and complete the section in the assessment relating to material alteration this will be sufficient for the Building Control Authority to process the notice.
