The proposed works consist of the construction of 2no. new office rooms and the demolition & re-arrangement of the existing offices, toilets and store to new layouts along with the fit-out and upgrade to the current shell & core site on the Second Floor within the Southern Wing of the building. A new and revised internal layout built in stud partition, is proposed throughout. These will be full height partitions from structural slab to structural slab in height. There will be a 2.5m high ceiling with a void above to underside of slab. Any existing services within this floor are to be retained, protected and incorporated into the new layout.
