Commercial commencement notices — Dublin Airport

Wash Rooms – Airside/work site 1 (226 sq. meters) & Landside/work site 2 (248 sq.meters) There is a requirement to carry out an upgrade of the toilet facilities in Terminal 1. The focus of this project is the departures level, airside and landside. Both areas are to be stripped out back to shell and core. The toilet block footprint is to be enlarged on the Airside Retail Street and new toilet facilities installed. The landside toilet facilities are to be relocated to Area 13 Fallow Area and new toilet facilities installed. There are also works to be completed in the concourse areas outside the new toilet facilities as per technical specification and amendments to the Airside/Landside boundary walls. All areas to include lighting, power & data, mechanical plant and life safety systems. Airline Accommodation/work site 2 (156 sq. meters) There is a requirement to develop a portion of the existing Area 13 fallow space in T1x into airline accommodation. The works comprise the provision of new screed to existing structural slab, installation of carpet tiles, new wall partitions, ceiling tiles, kitchen units, doors, making good to all disturbed finishes and associated mechanical & electrical installations and life safety systems.
