(e) Removal of an existing modern stud partition and modern door from the basement level living room. (f) Removal of 1 No. existing modern internal door and fitting of 2 No. new internal joinery doors at basement level. (g) Removal of 1 No. existing modern door and partition at ground floor level and fitting of a new replacement glazed joinery door and glazed screen at the top of the new stairs. (h) Drainage works within the curtilage of the site.
