Permission for the refurbishment and extension. The works will comprise the replacement of the existing concrete tiled hipped roof structure with a raised pitch, gable ends to all three elevations, 5No. Zinc clad box dormers, roof lights and new slate finish. Existing en-suite extension to the north will be demolished and bedroom windows removed to that elevation.
