In the space, the existing communications room, the façade of offices to the south side of the building and the service and lift lobby enclosure will be retained. A new glass partition system will be built for cellular spaces to the North side of the building, including a client meeting space and a folding wall. A kitchen/ breakout space will be built creating a flexible and relaxed environment for Gartner employees.
