Capital Docks Common Basement – The development includes 2 stories, which will be below six blocks Blocks A-F on completion. (The Main Contract works will be covered under a separate Fire Certificate and Commencement Notice application). The development comprises of the partial removal and reconfiguration of an existing two level basement c. 23,781 sqm in total over 2 floors. Level -1 c 11,853 sqm Level -2 11,928 sqm. There will be spaces for 390 cars and 650 bikes.
