7-Day Notice - The development will consist of: an extension /conversion /change of use of a redundant communal facility within a sheltered housing scheme to form a 1 Bed / 2 person apartment and a further development of two 1 Bed / 2 person apartments as a new build extension constructed overtwo floors at the gable end of the existing building. The roof of the extension will be a flat timber deck with nominal falls for drainage and finished in a polymeric membrane above rigid insulation. External carparking, vehicular and pedestrian access points and communal clotes drying areas are unaffected by the proposal.
