These works will include a new flat roof dormer constructed at attic level in both the main roof and rear protruding roof section, new brickwork to match existing on the rear and side of the rear part of the house at attic level, addition of a single vertical rear facing window in a dormer at attic level, 3 small roof windows in the northwestern rear roof elevation, section of mono pitch roof from the dormer to 400mm from the north-western boundary of the rear elevation side boundary also internal fit out and new stairs to attic level.
