Commercial commencement notices — Dublin

The following works for floors 2 - 5 were deferred from Commencement Notice ref 8396898 and are now being undertaken as part of this Commencement Notice: 1: Raised Access Floor to ensure Part M compliance giving level access to common area in the office floor plates with associated cavity barriers and dust sealer. 2: Suspended ceilings to offices floor plate and associated cavity barriers. 3: Mechanical ventilation / air conditioning installation within office floor plates. 4: Switches, outlets and control units to ensure Part M compliance within the office floor plates. 5: Fire and Life safety systems, including emergency lighting within the office floor plates. 6: All artificial lighting throughout the office floor plates. 7: Insulation/wall completion to internal face of external fabric to ensure compliance with Part L compliance. The project consists of 1: change of use of existing ground and first floor commercial office, and part basement, to retail use, including 21sqm of additional floor space at ground and first floor level; 2: Elevational changes at ground and first floor level to include new retail facade to incorporate internal illuminated signage, to both College Green and Anglesea Street, and including new canopy over revised office and retail entrances; 3: Replacement of existing windows from 2nd-5th floor; 4: Revised entrances at Anglesea Street to facilitate employee, bicycle, and service access, including ESB access door; 5: Revised basement layout to include for retail storage area, bicycle parking and shower facilities 6: Replacement of existing plant at second floor external roof terrace, including proposed new screening of 2.5m high, plus replacement of existing plant at roof level at 6-8 College Green, Dublin 2
