GROUND FLOOR EXTENSION: Construction of a single storey pitched roof extension to side & rear of existing dwelling, consisting of entrance hall, open plan kitchen/dining area, wc & pantry . GROUND FLOOR EXISTING GARAGE: Conversion of existing detached domestic garage into living space, consisting of bedroom/study and living room. Converted garage to be linked via flat roof into existing dwelling and also linked via flat roof to new single story extension at rear of existing dwelling. Alterations to be carried out to elevations of said garage; consisting of window to the rear and replacing front garage doors with window. EXISTING FIRST FLOOR CONVERSION: Construction of first floor extension to side of existing dwelling which incorporates enlarging the existing roof dormer window ,to incorporate new first floor bathroom. Existing first floor rooms to be gutted and 3 new bedrooms to be incorporated, one of which is complete with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. EXISTING GROUND FLOOR: The following existing ground floor rooms will remain in situ, to be used as granny flat: Existing front entrance hall, existing sitting room, existing Kitchen. EXISTING GROUND FLOOR ALTERATIONS: The following rooms will be altered and incorporated into Granny flat area: Existing WC to be demolished to allow front bedroom to extend in original WC space. SITE WORKS: Associated site works including the installation of new wastewater treatment unit and soil polishing filter as per attached Site drawing.
