Bolands Quay — commencement notices

The material alteration and completion including the fit out of Tower 1 & Tower 2, at Bolands Quay, Dublin 4 and the construction of two new link bridges linking the two towers at 4th and 11th floor levels, and material alterations at basement levels. These works consist of: At Basement -2 level: ▪ Provision of a new waste management area and a new security office located to the South-Western end of the car park and at the bottom of the vehicular entrance ramp ▪ Sub-division of an existing refuse store room adjacent to Stair 2B such to provide 2 no. refuse store rooms ▪ Introduction of 1 no. MV rooms, 1 no. towel store rooms, 1 no. Store room, a UPS room, a grease trap room and a mesh security screen to provide security controlled access to the new rooms with same all located underneath the overhead Tower 2 ▪ Provision of new place making waste management store rooms and associated refuse store rooms to the North-Western end of the car park and change of use of an existing refuse store room to a new LV switch room adjacent to the existing generator room ▪ Introduction of a new external vendor shower and changing rooms underneath the overhead Building 1 ▪ Introduction of ancillary kitchen/catering accommodation including a number of individual store rooms and an office complete with a mesh security screen to provide security controlled access to same with the ancillary space located directly below Tower 1 ▪ Introduction of an AHU room and a grease trap room adjacent to Core 1A ▪ Introduction of 2 no. goods lifts to link basement level -2 with the upper floor offices in Towers 1 & 2 overhead and separately, introduction of a new service lift to link basement level -2 with the external site grounds/podium which will open out to the external of Tower 2 on its North Elevation (with no internal access from the ground floor Unit T2) ▪ Reduction in the number of car parking spaces on basement -2 from 80 to 27 to accommodate the above proposed works whilst there will be a to
