Ambulance Centre and Training room Strip existing day centre including all windows and prefabricated concrete panel external walls. Strip existing roof finish adding new central roof section and re slate. Rebuild external walls incorporating zinc cladding detail. Remove all affected internal walls and fittings, form 2no main areas within the building envelope for ambulance centre and training facility. Install new windows, external and internal doors including new sanitary ware and internal and external finishes. New external canopy and all associated services.

Phase 1(a): Form temporary laundrette facility in adjacent Mortuary to accommodate 1no washing machine and 1no tumble dryer. Commence works to new Laundry facility in existing store to rear of new X Ray facility Phase 1(b): Strip existing Laundry facility including all affected internal and external walls prioritising the new x Ray facility. Carry out all required enabling works in the new X Ray room including all finishes and services to allow Medray to install the new X Ray equipment. Phase 2: Complete fittout of Ultrasound, WC, Accessible WC and Waiting Area. (The Ultrasound will be required as a temporary reception area during the Phase 3 works – decommissioning of existing X ray facility and main reception and conversion to reception and waiting). Complete new Laundry Room in existing store to rear of new X Ray facility Phase 3 Decommissioning of existing X Ray facility (in conjunction with Medray Imaging Systems), waiting area and existing reception and forming new enlarged waiting area and reception. Decommissioning of existing waiting room and Public Health Nurses office and conversion to Multipurpose Clinic Room.
