Commercial commencement notices — Dublin

Phase 2 - Material alteration comprising the following: a) partial infill of an existing atrium on the first, second and fourth floors to provide additional floor space. Overall additional floor area will be 299m². The additional floor space to the office building will be finished to an operational standard. b) Remodelling the internal entrance lobby at ground floor level on Townsend Street, to include; the installation of a new reception desk, new revolving door and new turnstile access control system. All works are internal and will be finished to an operational standard. c) New landscaping and furnishing to the ground floor area directly below the atrium. All works are internal and will be finished to an operational standard. Parts A, B, D, K & M of the Building Regulations apply to the internal works.
