Net increase in ground floor area: 40sqm. 2. Internal alterations in the main house: conversion of the existing kitchen into the dining area with bi-fold doors opening onto the existing patio. 3. Internal works to Coach House to include art studio/laundry/craft room, home office and two ensuite guest bedrooms. All other original proposals to remain as per File 191224, Demolition works, Alterations to the existing garden wall, relocation and widening of a vehicular gateway is all unchanged. "The Firs" is a Protected Structure, Kildare RPS Ref. NS19-101, NIAH Ref. 11814094.
