Fit-Out of a new Acute Medical Assessment Unit consisting of a Material Alteration and fit-out of an area of the existing hospital building located off the Main Entrance and Concourse previously used as Manager and Account office, which will be incorporate and relocated on other side of the Hospital. The area, of approx. 432m2 (gross) excluding the external area at front & side, will be used as an Acute Medical Assessment Unit and will accommodate a 11 Patient Cubicles, of which one will be enclose, Nurse Station, Reception, Waiting Area, and ancillary rooms. A relocation of one of the existing entrances to the Unit and a new external fire door and footpath at the end of Hospital Street, will be part of the development. The relocation of the Security Offices door and new access hatch to the enquiry desk will be part of the development, as also a mechanical and electrical plant which will be added to the existing fenced plant area at the front of the Hospital.
