As the proposed works involve the design and construction of a new building, a Fire Safety Certificate is required.

The development consists of Blocks H, J, M and Q over a single storey basement car park. The development is designed on a sloping site in which Blocks H, J and Q have access direct to the outside from the basement level. There are also a number of basement level apartments beneath Block H and J. Block H is a 10 storey block with 99 apartment units. Block J is a 9 storey block with 75 apartment units. Block M is a 9 storey block with 73 apartment units. Blocks H, J & M have a top storey height above 18m. Block Q is a substation that can be accessed from the basement level.
