The replacement of existing aluminium front door with a new timber front door, replace all existing aluminium windows on front facade with new uPvc sliding sash windows, construction of an extension to the side of existing dwelling consisting of an archway at ground floor level to accommodate vehicular access together with a bedroom and en-suite at first floor level, make good existing slate roof, fit new double glazed uPvc sash windows and door to the rear of existing dwelling, remove existing internal dividing walls and stairs and modify the interior to form a foyer, a kitchen and a lounge/dining room at ground floor level and two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hot press and landing at first floor linked to the proposed extension, together with associated site works. Retention Permission sought for existing boundary walls and the existing shed (this dwelling is a protected structure RPS RHK-36)
