The existing building has 2 floors, a ground floor and first floor. This Fire Safety Certificate Application proposal puts forward a change of the internal layout of the ground floor from that of the previously approved layout under Fire Safety Certificate FSC/066/17. This Fire Safety Certificate Application also proposes a subdivision of the building with 2 separate tenancies, one separate tenancy on ground floor and one separate tenancy on the first floor. A new crèche based on a new crèche layout is proposed to operate from the ground floor only of the existing building. The previously granted Fire Safety Certificate FSC/066/17 allowed for a 2 storey crèche. A separate Fire Safety Certificate application will be made for the 1st floor of this 2 storey building in the future once the use future use of the 1st floor has been determined.
