The proposed ground floor of the building will consist of a Hair and Beauty Salon, and a Lidl Discount Retail Store containing a retail sales area, storage room, customer WC, bakery preparation, freezer, secure storage area, delivery/storage area, chiller, plant room, IT room, locker, staff WC, staff shower, canteen, operations office, and meeting room. The proposed raised ancillary plant deck area within the store consists of a designated plant area and water tank. The external loading bay area is not covered. PV panels shall be provided at roof level. The first floor level shall comprise a gym and dry cleaners/WC.
