Commercial commencement notices — Ballsbridge

In five floors of a nine-storey building, the stripping out of existing partitions, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and M+E installations within the office accommodation and their replacement in new layouts on a raised access floor; sundry small works and M+E works on other floors; sundry works to cores and staircases; new external glazed screen to Ground Floor; and sundry works to existing Entrance / Reception area which will continue to serve the occupants of the four floors outside the project, which will necessitate the creation and management of a temporary entrance route. The four floors not comprised within this Project will continue to be used as offices and form two pairs - 1st & 2nd, 4th & 5th - so that there will be four floor interfaces between the Works areas and occupied floors.
