The proposed development will consist of a new regional distribution centre (RDC) warehouse. The proposed RDC warehouse building will have a gross floor area (GFA) of c.57,611sqm with warehouse element (c.55,926sqm GFA, maximum parapet ridge height of c.17.9m and overall dimensions of c.124m in width and c.434 in length) and 2-storey associated office wing (c.1,685sqm GFA and roof height of c.10.6m).
