THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE STOREY CLADDED STRUCTURAL STEEL PORTAL FRAME LIGHT INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE AND ALL ASSOCIATED ENABLING AND SITE WORKS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT TO THE REAR OF THE EXISTING LIGHT INDUSTRIAL FACILITY. THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE WILL HAVE AN EAVES AND RIDGE HEIGHT OF APPROX. 7.050M AND 8.600M RESPECTIVELY. THE FLOOR AREA OF THE BUILDING WILL BE APPROX. 406SQ METRES. THE BUILDING WILL HAVE TWO NUMBER MECHANICALLY OPERATED ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS AND ONE NUMBER PEDESTRIAN ACCESS DOOR TO ITS NORTH EASTERN ELEVATION. ONE PEDESTRIAN DOOR WILL BE LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERN ELEVATION. THE PROPOSED CLADDED PORTAL FRAMED BUILDING WILL HAVE REINFORCED CONCRETE WALL TO ITS PERIMETER OF A HEIGHT OF APPROX. 2.4M. THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING AND ROOF WILL BE CLAD WITH A LIGHTWEIGHT INSULATED COMPOSITE PANEL
