Rear Extension (North-East Elevation): Ground Floor: A new formal entrance, with remaining part of ground floor stepped down 5 no. steps, to incorporate hallway with staircase, open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, utility room, pantry, toilet, and plant room. First Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite, dressing room and balcony, an additional bedroom, study, shower room, linen closet, and landing area. 2. Modifications to Existing Dwelling: Alterations to window and door openings, including the installation of two corner windows on the front (north-west) elevation, and gable elevations. Replacement of the existing front door with a window. Internal reconfiguration to provide two bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, a shower room, hallway, and sitting room. Removal of one chimney. Replacement of existing roof tiles with natural slates. Installation of natural stone external finish to the front, left, and right gable elevations of the existing dwelling. 3. Proposed domestic garage. 4. Site Works: Upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system to a new treatment system and percolation area, with connection to existing services, along with all associated site works
