Development Description
for the reinstatement, reconfiguration and extension of a previously granted Mezzanine and alterations to the existing building facades and roof. The new combined mezzanine will total 348 sqm and will comprise of labs, offices, stores and welfare facilities. Elevational changes to include the replacement of high level glazing and door with 5 no. windows at first floor level and provision of 5 no. windows, 1no. door, and AC/AHU appliances at ground floor level all on the north western façade. In addition, a new canopy and 1 no. 5.1m wide x 1m high and 1 no. 1.7m wide x 0.5m high company signs are to be provided, the existing damaged timber curtain wall is to be replaced with a contemporary curtain walling system, 6 no. windows are to be replaced with 2 no. larger windows all on the south western façade. Other changes include, updated facia, the provision of architectural wall panels at first floor level to the north western, and south western facades, provision of rooflight and all associated site works including parking, consisting of 2 no. EV parking spaces, 1 no. accessible space and 27 no. standard spaces
