for the following works operating as a car dealership (motor sales), including: A) (i) change of use of an agricultural shed to a commercial mechanics workshop with mezzanine storage level; (ii) change of use of an agricultural store to an office, toilet and store; (iii) On office - removal of high gable wall in line with slope of roof, and facing with natural stone. (iv) On store - removal of pedestrian door, and decorative ornaments on capping, increase in pitch of lean-to roof, incorporating translucent sheeting; (v) removal of front boundary wall and gate with construction of pier and relocation of farm gate. (vi) metal structure, used as a valeting area; (v) an open vehicle storage/sales yard; (vi) associated signage, hardstanding and ancillary site works; B) Retention permission also sought for alterations to existing derelict dwelling house to include; (i) increase in roof pitch including 3 no. roof lights to front and rear respectively, (ii) exposing of existing natural stone on external walls, (iii) metal sheeting on gable walls, (iv) removal of gable windows at both gables, addition of flue on rear elevation (v) widening of entrance gates, removing blockwork pillars either side, (vi) erection of separation fence at northwest of dwelling, (vii) window replacing door on northwest rear elevation, (viii) roof fitted to store attached to northeast gable of dwelling, (ix) and associated site works and hard surfaces. C (i) With use of the existing on-site wastewater treatment system and percolation area, and connection to the existing water supply for the the office and dwelling house
